FRESH EYES
Workshop blindness is normal and it happens to all of us. You've been inside for years, you know every detail, and that is exactly why you stop noticing what an outsider spots in the first hour.
Let's talk
WHAT IT IS FOR
I say I cheat. It isn't that I see more than you do: it's that I arrive without the habit. That is the whole advantage, and it costs very little next to what it costs not to have it.
Clarity comes first. What is going on, where the brake is, what I would do and in what order. It isn't a method with steps or a standard deliverable: it's someone from outside, with thirty years of seeing companies from within, asking the obvious and telling you what he sees.
Then comes what almost nobody solves. Once the path is clear, what is usually missing is someone to walk it with you: the talent, the specialist, the partner or the ally that stage calls for. That is what the network I've been building is for, and connecting people is what I enjoy most.
I also know what it is to be a founder with nobody to bounce an idea off, nobody to argue a vision with. Inside, almost no one can do it without their job getting in the way; outside, almost no one knows the context. That conversation is the one I love most.
HOW IT IS DELIVERED
For when a decision is on the table and you need an informed opinion, not a process. One-off sessions, no commitment to continue.
LET'S TALK → STRATEGIC CLARITYFor when you want to look at the whole company and come out with clear priorities. Ordered sessions, with what I found and what I would do, in writing.
LET'S TALK → ADVISORYFor some companies fresh eyes arrive from the board or a commercial committee. A recurring look, not a snapshot.
LET'S TALK →WHAT I LOOK AT
I don't walk through them in order, and I don't always review all of them. They are the places where, in my experience, whatever is holding you back tends to hide.
BUY ME A COFFEE
I like meeting new people. If what you do interests me, that's enough reason to sit down for a while, with no agenda and with no need for it to end in a proposal.
A good part of what exists today in CWM came out of conversations like that. When I can, I connect the people I meet with one of the adventures I have going. When I can't, at least we get a coffee.
